Ms. Middleton is a member of the firm's Employment and Litigation Sections. She has experience representing clients in employment, business, and intellectual property matters before both state and federal courts. Ms. Middleton's experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and appellate briefs, arguing dispositive motions, and preparing employment policies and agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Middleton served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court.
