Admitted to practice law in Utah in 1989, Mr. Day worked as an associate at the law firm of Thompson, Hughes & Reber, St. George, Utah, until 1993, and as an associate and shareholder of Snow Nuffer, St. George, Utah, until the merger of that firm and Durham Jones & Pinegar in 2003.

Mr. Day is a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities Section and its Real Estate and Banking Section. He maintains a general business and real estate practice, with substantial experience in business and corporate law and transactions, business entity formation, contracts, litigation of commercial and real estate disputes, real estate leases, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Day is also active in the area of adoption law.
