Mr. Gillman joined the firm in October 2005 and has practiced in the areas of business and personal reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights, and trustee and receiver representation for twenty-five years. Mr. Gillman has distributed over $60 million to creditors and other parties in interest as a trustee in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases. Mr. Gillman has represented the prevailing party in over fifty (50) published opinions. He maintains an "AV" rating with Martindale/Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics.
