DJP attorneys regularly work with banks and other financial services institutions. Members of our Banking practice group advise financial institutions on complex financing transactions, restructurings, and workouts. Some of our attorneys draw on a depth of work experience in the banking industry. For example, David Klomp was the Regional General Counsel for KeyCorp and its predecessors for over 15 years before joining DJP.
Our attorneys advise banks and other financial institutions and prepare documentation for them with respect to all kinds of commercial lending transactions, including loans secured by real property, personal property, and intangible assets. Some of our attorneys also have experience in forming banks and in bank regulatory laws.
