Seven Nevada attorneys joined Durham Jones & Pinegar when the Las Vegas law firm Bolick & Boyer merged with DJP on September 1, 2009. These seven attorneys in DJP's new Las Vegas office comprise the largest law office in Nevada of any other Utah-based firm. The attorneys practicing in DJP's Las Vegas office are: Rob Bolick, Kim Boyer, Sherwood Cook, Erv Nelson, Tracy Rau, Brad Slighting, and Phil Van Alstyne.
